When you are ready to return the devices, take out the instruction sheet, the prepaid shipping label, and the two white sealing strips included with your box.

Place both TracPatch devices into the round charging holder. Secure them with the band, then place the holder into the protective sleeve.

Place the protected holder and any unused accessories or supplies back into the box.

Close the box and use the two white adhesive strips to seal it securely for return.

Place the prepaid return label flat on top of the box. Make sure it covers any old shipping label.

Put the labeled box in your mailbox, an outgoing USPS drop box, or take it to a U.S. Post Office. You do not need to buy postage when the prepaid return label is attached.
